How to Make Hershey’s Kisses Christmas Trees – Sweet and Simple Holiday Treats
Easy Crafts Ideas - 0Do you give Christmas gifts to your kids teachers? Or your coworkers for that matter? At the office I work at, a few people give small token gifts to everyone at Christmas time. On Christmas Eve, we normally work a half day, and it’s always so fun coming in and finding a small treat or two on my desk. Things like mini Toblerone bars, small boxes of chocolate, or even mini chocolate bars (hmmm… chocolate, I’m noticing a theme, now that I think about it!).
These rhinestone Christmas ornaments are SO PRETTY and super easy to make! No fancy skills required – just a little glue, a sprinkle of patience, and a whole lot of sparkle. This is the kind of DIY that’ll have you feeling like the queen of holiday glam (move over, Mariah Carey!).
I always leave Christmas wrapping to the last minute. I love Christmas, I love buying the gifts, I get excited about hiding the gifts so no one can find them. And theoretically I love the idea of beautifully wrapped Christmas presents with gorgeous ribbons and bows. But when it comes down to it, it’s usually late on Christmas Eve and I’m scrambling at the last minute to wrap all the presents. They usually end up wrapped from the same giant roll of Costco wrapping paper (it’s a good thing that stuff is double sided!) and then I take a Sharpie and write the names right on the wrapping paper. How fancy am I?!
38 Easy Handmade Christmas Ornaments – Creative DIY Ideas for the Holidays
Easy Crafts Ideas - 0We put our Christmas tree up on the weekend and it was the best day ever!! The four of us went down into the dark corners of the basement while our 1 year old was napping (which is amazing itself…), and wiped the dust off all of the Christmas decorations. My 5 year old and 3 year old carried armfuls of decorations, I carried the ornaments, and my handsome and strong husband dragged up the tree. (Artificial trees are heavy!!)

Creative Christmas Play-Doh Favors – Perfect for Kids and Parties
Easy Crafts Ideas - 0If you follow my Facebook page, you might have seen last week that I posted a meme with a really excited Will Ferrell from Elf as the image, and the text, “JUST 10 FRIDAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS!” (You can see it here if you missed it!) I counted on the calendar and it’s true! There are only 10 more Fridays until Christmas! How crazy is that!? How to Make Polar Bear Paw Cupcakes – A Fun and Frosty Winter Treat for Christmas
Easy Crafts Ideas - 0Remember how we had to write those speeches in elementary school and say them in front of the whole class? (Or at least, that’s what we had to do in our school each year…) I remember when I was in the fifth grade, I wrote my speech all about… wait for it… my collection of teddy bears! I was such a dork! I was 10 years old and I had at least 6 teddy bears that I slept with every single night. Is that weird? Because looking back, it seems like I was getting kind of old for it? Especially the part where I wrote a speech declaring my love for all my little stuffed friends and then recited it to everyone in my class. Thanks for letting me do that Mom! Ha!
